I'm HAPPY to have finished the race. This is my 1st 10km run. hehe... I did not reallie train hard, at the most 4km+ onli. When i'm running till 4km, i feel my right knee pain, but i just bear with the pain. Beared with it for awhile, the pain reallie disappeared.

When we r abt to start, cin-d told me to start to run after the starting point. Don't waste unnecessary energy. Haha. The timing will onli be taken after the starting pt. Clever sia. She is chatting wif me wen we juz started n all my ans veri short. I saving my energy, she agar agar noe it aso. I did not even bring towel in order to lessen my weight. Haha. So kiasu me.

When we r running, i heard other pple encourage their own frenz to run, don't stop! I feel the sporty spirit in them. Run till 8km dat time, cin-d told me no nice scenery. The place we r running at the last few laps, r under construction. But i can see the sea, ferris wheel & tall buildings. Impressed dat i still got energy to tok to her, told her not many time we will past by here. I think they r building the casion there aso ba. When we reached 9km, i told her i very tired liao. Den, there's a guy in front of me. He told me "Jiayou". I'm 2 tired to reply him bk but was shocked. But i feel motivated. Hehe. I can feel the encouragment during the last 2km by the guy & the GE helpers along the road. Feel very motivated & encouraged. Thank you~

Now my legs & back r aching... I think i nid some time to recover b4 can start to run again.

Yesterdae whole day slackkkk at home. Took some photos of donut. I realised donut took more pics than me in my camera. Jiatlat, i shld zilian abit. 年轻不要留白... Jia sounds familiar to u? haha. Was watching tv n realised donut climbed to the seat n sleep. 1 of her fav spots @ hm.

My first 10km run, haha. My target is run all the way, don't stop. Den slowly set my timing target. Whenever i run, i'll tink....... Though i can't fulfil it, but i seem to be enjoying it.

I'm happy ^_^ this mon not working. 3 days in a row...

Sent bro off to airport wif my whole family. He will be going for 1 mth+. Hope everything will be fine n i noe it will. =) Jiayou~ Walking to T3, remember dat time stayed overnight there wif kk over there. I told him no 2nd time liao, damn freezing cold at nite. We both must be siao dat time. Saw poppye chicken restaurant, feel like eating. But we all so full. Thinking after sending bro off liao, will feel hungry but still so full. Next time ba, 1 of the days...

Saw alot of army boys, hairstyle all same as bro. Haha. So cute. Intially, bro dun want so many of us to send him. He shy ma. In the end, we saw a malay family. Ah gong on wheelchair aso send his grandson off. N he not so paisey liao. B4 he go in, everyone of us gif him a hug. Rach, mummy n dad seem ok, onli me n bro so paisey. But in the end, i still gif him a hug. Whole family luffing at us. It has been so long since i hugged my bro liao ma.

After dat, went shopping wif Rach. She seems to be my image & fashion consultant. Haha. I never noe being pretty aso will pose a problem. Whenever we go, attention seems to be on her. She feel so uneasy. I thinking if my bro is here, maybe she will feel better. Haha.

I bought 1 dress, 3 belts & 1 pair of shoes. yea~ ! long time did not shopped liao. next time must shopped more often, shopping really will brighten a girl's day. haha. Rach suggested after bro back, booked a chalet n bbq. So excited~ She said maybe chalet cannot bring dogs. N my mum n her said want to smuggle donut inside. So cute. *imagining No donut=no fun I feel donut is really part of our family not a pet. My mum is making plans to make herself free. looking 4ward to the moment. woot*

Thinking to buy more dresses & having a change of hairstyle. Dec alot of functions, company dinner & dance n darling's wedding. i reallie hate my hairstyle now, superb hate. grrrrrr.....

i'm such a lazy blogger. now den blog it out. last sun is my company health & fitness day. Dynamite team ranked 2nd amongst 4 teams. For the individual event (4x100m relay), we get 1st place. Frankly speaking, i heard from ade & zoe, all the 1st runners all ard the same speed but onli connie from Wynners faster. But dunno y, we still became the winner maybe cos 4 of us the speed quite constant. I can see Irina (last pax) from our team run quite relaxing n there is still a big gap against the 2nd team. But watever it is, we got the $60 ntuc voucher overall. So happy. This is the 2nd time, i get something during running. The other time is while i'm at St. John ambulance n i dun feel like i deserve dat one.

Next sun is ge run, did not reallie train. Last wk, went wif him n run at stadium. I ran 12 rounds almost want to faint liao somemore less than 5km but he is very encouraging. Still said quite fast alrdy, really wonder the truthfulness.

10km= 25 rounds. still got long way to go. He still said still got time to train, i noe is too short n rush cos i noe my body will ache. He jio me run ntu next time, 1 round of ntu=5km. Den i said can run 2 rounds=10km liao. he replied me r u able to finish? liew. i like the feeling of perspiration, feel dat got slim down abit. haha, i think i'm comforting myself onli.

Luckily, our hse is really a "black horse". Rite now, i still can't imagine we r 2nd. Haha. But our cheer sux, n i aso 1 of the cheer girls. Childish sia, very malu when i c the pics of our cheer. But is an experience. I realised dat alot of 1st time, i gave to this comapny. Cheering, dancing & hope more interesting to come... The other teams look nice n got "qi shi". Warriors team look very nice, the costume, cheer n very funny. This yr, they get 1st in cheer n 1st team overall too. N i felt they deserved it~

Last episode for 学警雄心, very nice~ The guy acting as liwen, looked like my bro. But of coz, i find the liwen more handsome & man. Haha. N my mum agreed looked like bro too.
Was watching 命中主定我爱你 b4 学警雄心 , gt 1 scene captured my attention. Was waiting this to happen to me, but after so long... i noe i'm dreaming all along.

Today was pretty busy at work, alot of SBRs. Some nid to process, still got to check n 1 do halfway. But i like to do SBRs than ECOs.
Went for our cheer practise after our lunch. We noe in our hearts, compared to our teams. We not as gd, but us is funny. Kip on 笑场, coz the tamil guy pronounciation damn funny. On actual day, if he shout like dat. We sure lol. N dat ade is the 老鼠屎 lor. She shout out wrong cheer. There's a china guy looked like Jay, younger n smaller in size. Ade said look like mehz? Somemore he can run very fast & he is behind me during cheer, he is the one i nid to pass him the shaker during cheer. Haha. Zoe said she want to see him, cos i said he looked like Jay. But my 眼光常给人怀疑.

Bbq this sat was cancelled coz my mum dun wanna take leave. Though we 3 really wish to go, wat to do? Work more important mah. Anyway, next day is the Health & Fitness Day... Aso nid to rest well b4 the day. Got 风声 said dat, Warriors team changed the runners n all the runners quite gd. I think Warriors & Invincible shld be quite fast, man. Aiya, tried our best can le. Dun think too much. ^_^

Health & fitness day
Next sun is our company health & fitness day. Our team "dynamite" has been practising for a few weeks. In fact, every other teams r aso practising hard. I'll be taking part for 4x100m ladies run, 1st runner. N i hope will not be startled by the gun sound. Haha. Our house manager David, said got confidence in our team. Watever it is, most important is the team spirit. Somemore i noe "Invincible" team aso another competitive 1. I was joking with ade, irina 为了 $30 ntuc voucher.
我们拼了! Ade said not $300 lei. Haha. Tis year our dynamite tee is blue colour. I prefer red or lime colour 1, more bright & sporty. But nvm, dun have blue running tee. Last yr, already have red 1. I will update more on the health & fitness day again and aso the results.

Family bbq
Bro suggested to have bbq next sat at east coast park. We had been psycho mummy not to work on dat day. But she seems to be in a dilemna coz she need to attend ROM ceremony. She dun wanna to take so many leave. Hope she can go bbq wif us. She even want me to go to her frd's son ROM ceremony on behalf of her, so dat she can work on dat day. But i was reluctant, though i noe some of the aunties over there but i feel quite weird lor. So i "rejected".
Bro will be going to Australia for overseas training, pray dat he will be safe n sound. Nowadays army alot of mishaps, so scary. I 瞩咐 him to help me buy absolut vokda at the airport there, relatively cheap. But still thinking which flavour to buy. Dat time, he help me buy the absolut disco. I still haven touch yet. Maybe c any occasions coming, Christmas? Birthday?

外婆
I guessed she 2 free recently. Have been intro guys to me. My mum noe i'll be very turned off. I warned my mum not to dig any photos to let them c. Rach asked me if the guys not bad, will u consider? Den i said "NO"! Mummy said 事事无决对. I was told by Peikai (cousin), 外婆 don't let go off his frenz, aso want to intro to me. Liew! 救命啊!

Went to watch "mirror" wif my colleagues todae. Not as scary as wat i expected, more to gross. But still got startled by a few scenes. Whole cinema, onli we 4 gals scream. Haha. The guys find the movie not scary at all.
After dat, we went to have the steamboat. I've ate a few times b4, but not really worth the $ cos is public holiday todae.
2 more days to weekends, counting down.... i want to pack my room. Starting from one corner to another corner. Last weekend, took out the curtains n washed the windows, 2 buckets of dirty water. Powerful hor? I feel dat alot of dust flying ard my room n have a sensitive nose. Feels GREAT when the room is cleaner n tidier.
